Holiday Home "Jessika" on the Lake with Shared Garden & Wi-Fi

Flat of 48 sqm in the beautiful residence Villa dele Rose, directly on the lake. It can accommodate up to 4 people and consists of: living room with double sofa bed, kitchen-dining area, satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen (gas cooker, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, kettle and coffee machine), double bedroom and bathroom with shower. The flat is located on the second floor. Balcony with lake view.

The house is part of a private residence, shared garden, direct access to the beach and the lake, 3 shared jetties and two deck chairs for the use of the house. The urbanisation has a shared terrace with some tables and chairs. In the outside area you can also find a shower that guests can use after spending some time in the lake. There is a playground for children.

The famous Vittoriale is about 1 km away.

Verona Airport is only 36 km from the flat.

The apartment is clean, well located and easy to access with free parking. The host was easy to communicate with via WhatsApp and waited for us as we got stuck in traffic. The only thing I didn’t care for was asking for an additional cash payment at check in for “sheets and towels” which the host said were not included. This is incredibly strange, I have never experienced something like this, so be aware. Despite this, I would still recommend this apartment.

Wohnung top, Umgebung top, Garten mit Zugang zum See top. Einziger Minuspunkt ist der Verkehrslärm. Aber mit Ohrenstöpseln ist es ok.

The apartment was very comfortable, exceptionally clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and right on the lake. I have nothing but good things to say about our host/owner. Very friendly, accomodating, he gave us some great tips and made us feel at home. I/we would def. stay here again!

Das Apartment war wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Haben uns im Apartment sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und hat einen direkten Zugang, zum Gardasee. Die Lage ist TOP ! und Preis Leistungsverhältnis unschlagbar. Da bekommt man mehr für sein Geld. Wir werden wieder kommen 👍 10 von 10 Sternen !!!!!!

Pro: super Lage, Wohnkomplex direkt am See, sehr gepflegter Garten, priv. Sonnenliegen, kleiner Kiesstrand und Bootsanleger zum reinspringen Contra: laut in der Nacht, da die Whg zur Straße raus liegt, die Whg hat nur 1 Fenster
