"Had to switch rooms 3 times. Dark out curtains had huge gap in it from being torn. The 4th floor was leaking water through the light in my shower on the 3rd floor. This obviously had been going on for a while. They changed rooms to next day, and the TV wouldn't work. Then we changed again. Anyway, had to pack and unpack 3 times in a 2 day stay? Staff was apologetic, but come on Hilton, you can do better. I pay a premium to stay at a brand hotel and expect more. The breakfast also lacked. No creamer out for coffee. No waffles, just pancakes that tasted like rubber. Some fresh fruit would be nice or some muffins."

"I stayed at this location in Garland for 1 night. The room was well cleaned. The bed sheets need to be replaced. The room had a smell to it, but overall it was good. It was quiet for the most part, especially being near I30 and a truck stop. The door of the room I stayed in on the bottom level, the weather strip on the bottom of the door was missing. I had to place a towel on the door, so critters would not come in the room."

"Very central to a lot of areas in Dallas but overall I’m very disappointed in this hotel. The staff was very kind and allowed us to have a late check out. But the pictures online were VERY deceitful. Roaches everywhere, the door to the closet missing, shower had cracks and soap holder missing from it, cough had so many unknown stains, dirty towels and bedsheets (even after the room was being cleaned). Breakfast was basically just waffles, coffee, tea, and muffins. Overall not a good place at all! They need to renovate immediately, will not be here again."

"Excellent vacation in a wonderful, well equipped house.Our dog really enjoyed the fact that the house was secure on all sides and could run around the entire property. We took full advantage of the hot tub and bar-b-que during our stay. The hens and access to fresh eggs were a pleasant surprise.Location wise, the property was ideal for the various day trips we made to down town Dallas and surrounding parks, to Fort Worth and to the state parks north of Dallas. Garland old town was a surprise too, very interesting.The propoert lived up to everything that was advertized and Steve, owner, was incredibly responsive to any questions we had.Strongly recommend to as a place to stay in the Dallas area"
