“The room was nice and clean. But we are not allowed to drive into the area near the hotel. We were advised to park the car in a public car park which was about 15 minutes walk from the hotel. And the hotel didn’t provide electric kettle in the room. ”

“It would be better if the breakfast is included with the price. The front desk is closed at 11 pm, so arriving late causes problems.”

“This was our second stay at the Royal hotel, our first was just an overnight stay, and we liked Nimes so much we wanted longer and couldn't imagine a better hotel. This time it totally lived up to expectations. It is amazingly convenient for the centre of historic Nimes, opposite the Maison Carre! “Vous recherchez l’excellence ? Vous la trouverez dans cet hébergement magnifique ! J’avoue avoir été quelque peu surpris par l’âge des équipes qui m’ont reçu : mais quel professionnalisme ! Au restaurant notamment où Annaelle est un atout de charme qui a fait preuve d’un savoir faire qui nous a épaté et où Romain , le maître d’hôtel, qui s’exprime aussi bien en Anglais qu’en Français, a la compétence d’un professionnel beaucoup plus âgé.
