“A really nice hotel, spotlessly clean. We had a lovely large room on the top floor, with a small balcony(overlooking the road junction!) I thought that I had booked breakfast, but I hadn't apparently. I'm glad that I hadn't because the breakfast on the first day was not worth the 17Euros charged. There is a really excellent bakery just 5 minutes away so we used that. There is a very busy road just outside but no noise inside, but a lot out on the balcony.”

“Hikmat est un hôte excellent, il a pris soin de nous, l’accueil est chaleureux, la visite du gîte était vraiment agréable, on avait un bon gâteau au chocolat à l’arrivée, des oeufs de ses poules . C’est vraiment sympa ! Il est très réactif, il nous a mis un brasero à disposition, et a fait son maximum pour qu’on soit comme à la maison. Nous sommes restés 3 nuits, nous étions en famille pour un mariage à Gaillac, tout était parfait. Hikmat a accepté que le lendemain soir du mariage , les mariés……

Room is large, cosy and clean overall. However, one of the two TVs cannot receive signals, and there's leftovers by previous guests in the fridge-freezer. “My room was next to the street on first floor and I can hear the car noise all night. Had to use ear plugs to sleep. And only realized on day 2 that there is no daily cleaning service as this is an apartment hotel. The overall experience was not up to expectations given the high rating. ”

Valoramos muy positivamente tener parquing (en la calle hay que pagar para aparcar), la tranquilidad del barrio, tener espacio exterior en el jardín, la comodidad de las camas y la localización del apartamento, muy cerca de la parada de metro St Agne.También pudimos aprovechar la cocina que está bien equipada.Sin duda volveremos”
