「Hot and muggy room. A roach in the bathroom. we checked out at 8am after the first night and I’m assuming the lady never did it because I never got the receipt that she supposedly emailed she also said I would be refunded the two nights we didn’t stay.」

「Room was spacious and clean with a nice shower. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Good breakfast.」

「The hot tub was filled with concrete and completely out of service. The elevator worked only intermittently throughout our stay, creating a major inconvenience. Despite charging premium rates, the room was mediocre and did not justify the price. I expected much better for what i paid.」

「Super clean hotel, rooms, and property. Great stay for our three nights. BUT, at check in, they charged $100 security deposit in case you smoke in the room. I have stayed at multiple La Quintas, and have never had to pay that. Plus, there is nothing online that says you will be charged that upon check in. Make sure you have enough money or you will have your room canceled!」

「This place has several issues!! 2 night stay no tv, had to lift toilet tank to flush. Spiders and roaches cracks all in wall the smell was musky. I would not recommend this place ever and will never stay at another one of these Hotels. You’re probably better to stay at the Hotel 6.」

「Room was like an oven it was so hot the ac was not on and there is just a small unit in the room which we turned on but it took HOURS to cool down. Apart from that the breakfast was ok and the rooms were clean.」

「Really did not like front desk assistance. I had reserved a non smoking room. When we opened door it smelled like cigarettes. Also, smelled musty. Air was not on when we came in. Old shop pieces from previous client. No trash cans to place trash in. Not sure what kind of breakfast was served. No juice or coffee machine that was working. Old towel was left from previous client. Very disappointed. But, since it was 1:30 am when we got here. We were to tired to find another place. Definitely will...

「No breakfast just bagels and ceral. Front staff were not friendly. Depositn was taken and said its be return the next day, when asming the frontndesk again upon checking out they said they didnt know when i would get it back. Walls are thin hard to sleep, you can hear everything happening in the next room and hallways. Wont stay here again. There is nicer and cheaper thag comes with breakfast and thicker walls. Disappointed with my stay.」

「When arriving at the hotel, it was obvious that the state and condition of the hotel was not like the pictures online represented. It is rundown and alittle sketchy looking from the outside. After we checked in we entered our room to be greeted by a dead roach in the bathroom. We booked using a 3rd party service. Apparently the staff doesn’t know how to handle 3rd party bookings because the front desk personnel then came beating on our door and made false accusations that we provided...

「If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. When we got to the hotel, there were some minor cleanliness issues that I chose to ignore because it was a late night when we checked in and we were tired from driving. First there was a hair on a towel, the Kleenex box looked like it was dipped in water, and there was a rusted hole in the bath tub. My husband got stuck in the bathroom because the panel of the door was coming undone. It is my fault I chose to ignore these smaller problems, but I...
