From this apartment you would not want to leave ... on 119 sqm living space 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms offer plenty of space for up to 6 people. Light, air, water and space, this is the motto of the oasis. Even from the hallway, the view through the large windows directly to the water and the picturesque Haffküste. Spacious living-dining area with open kitchen, bio-ethanol fireplace, leather sofa set, satellite TV (incl. SKY). Own W-Lan connection. In the kitchen fridge / freezer, oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, toaster, coffee machine (filter and capsule Cremesso), juicer, kettle. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired, here is the cooking really fun. 2 bedrooms with box spring beds, 1 bedroom with sofa bed, sleeping area (0,90m x 2,00m or 1,80 x 2,00m) In each bedroom satellite TV , To sleep 1 large bathroom (en-suite) with walk-in shower, bath 2 with shower cabin 0,90m x 0,90m. Hairdryers are available. On the 22 sqm, partially covered sun terrace dining table for 6 persons, two recliners with lift-up position-2 footstools. Additionally 2 sunbeds. The lawn in front of the terrace belongs to the apartment. The uniquely beautiful view is priceless ... The apartment includes a carport parking space and a private, lockable bicycle storage.

On a park-like plot of over 20,000, the oasis is located just above the Szczecin Lagoon in the south of the island of Usedom. All terraces / balconies are in an ideal south facing position with fantastic views of the lagoon. Very tasteful decor with great attention to detail. The excellent equipment leaves nothing to be desired.   In the house 1 and 2 are on over 365 m² large leisure wellness and fitness areas, which are available to all guests. There is bio and Finnish sauna, infrared cabin, gym, playroom for toddlers, billiards, table tennis u. V. A. more. In the outdoor playground area swings and toddler swing, balancers, Stufenreck and as a special attraction a large climbing pyramid. Boules (boccia) track and outdoor ping-pong make fun even for adults. Celebrate barbecues together with friends, either with the Webergrills or on the old proven charcoal grill. For a fee, rent a bicycle in the oasis or bring your own wheels, which you can lock in your own storage room. Socket for e-bike is available. The oasis on the lagoon has much to offer. We are looking forward to your visit. The Hangar 10 with its worlds of experience, aircraft museum and the very good restaurant can be reached on foot in just 600 meters. The imperial baths are only 10-15 minutes by car. The tranquility and seclusion of the Haffküste guarantee, in contrast to the imperial baths, pure relaxation. The small airport Heringsdorf is only open from late April to late October and has a maximum flight volume of 8/9 machines on the weekends. These are only smaller machines. Sehr schöne saubere Anlage mit Spielmöglichkeiten für klein und groß. Ruhig gelegen, abseits des Massentourismus. Die Wohnung selber war in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Alles da was man braucht und mehr. Sehr nettes Personal. Badestrände in 10-15 Minuten mit Auto erreichbar. Fazit: Wer einen ruhigen erholsamen Urlaub mit der Familie verbringen möchte sollte sich das Objekt ansehen.
