Beautiful cabin
It was a beautiful property. Had everything we needed for our stay. Was contacted by the manager while on our way to the cabin to let us know about the weather situation that was ongoing. Would recommend property.

Anniversary getaway
The cabin was nice and clean and the location was good. Parking is a little tricky with no room to turn your vehicle around. A recliner or some other comfortable chair would be nice in the living room as the only seating was the sofa. Overall it was a nice surprise lace to stay.

Quiet cabin
We had a great time, saw 1 yearling cub and 1 adult black bear very early in the mornings right on the upper deck and walkway. lots of chipmunks and a ton of leaves falling. Very quiet and peaceful cabin would highly recommend to anyone looking for a very quiet get away.

Great little property. I somehow missed that the bedrooms and bathrooms were downstairs which was only an issue because of a bum knee. The road to get to the cabin is HARROWING! Not a fault with the cabin, just was unprepared for the white knuckled driving experience. All the roads to these cabins were like that, again, not an issue with the property. Figuring out the light switches was took awhile. We loved the cabin though. Enjoyed the porch swing every morning with coffee.

We loved the decks!
The cabin had knotty pine throughout, from the ceilings to the doors, to the dressers. We especially enjoyed the high decks that put you in the middle of the woods. The decks had swings and rocking chairs. By the way, we saw a bear in the woods!

This cabin is a cute little cabin in the woods. The neighbors are close but not too close. They are down the mountainside or up. Noise is minimal. We got to see bears near the cabin everyday. Would definitely rent again.

Cute and close to town.
Everything was as we were told.. super easy to get to.. owner was super nice.. Bears, Bears, Bears.. everyday they would come to the cabin and one even got in the Razor we rented.. we thought was funny.. was kinda hard to take the dogs out at night though, but we enjoyed their visits..

Relaxing Retreat
We went away for a long weekend for our 32nd anniversary. We had a light snow that was romantic and built a fire in the cozy fireplace. We loved the hot tub and QUIET. I didn’t realize how badly i needed this. Quick trip into Gatlinburg for shopping, food and the amazing Anakeesta mountain top adventure. Then retreat to the mountains and unwind at the gingerbread house! Absolutely loved it

My husband and I spent a weekend away and we couldn't have asked for a better location! The cabin was cozy and inviting and the hot tub is a major plus! Very clean and had everything we needed.

Cozy Cabin
Really enjoyed our stay at the Gingerbread house! It snowed while we were there. We were in walking distance to Ober so we walked to parking lot #3 then we took a shuttle bus up the Mountain. Cabin is about 15/20 mins to downtown Gatlinburg. Housekeeping does need to do a little better with dusting. Overall, we were every pleased with location and everything about this cabin.

Wonderful!
Wonderful stay! The management is amazing. I would recommend adding a curtain or blind to the lower level door. Would be much more comfortable not being able to see out or through it.

It was a very nice cabin and comfortable to stay in. We had relaxing nights in the hot tub but after the night we tried making s’mores and got ran off by a bear, we didn’t go back out.

Needs a good cleaning & redecorating (pics of Grizzly bears in black bear country doesn’t make sense). A few things for the owner to take note of: Get rid of the dusty uncoordinated fake flowers & fruit, recaulk the bathroom tub where there’s mold growing, fix the ventilation in the queen bedroom so the aircon doesn’t blow ice-cold air full-force into the face of the guest trying to sleep, and clean the spider webs out of the window sills. I’d give more stars if it were cleaner. Taking my white gloves off, this was an amazing treehouse-like cabin that would be perfect for a couples or small family retreat to the high hills of G-burg (5 min away). We had a mama bear bring her 2 cubs by every morning for foraging on the slopes of the back porch and a juvenile male swung by every evening for his fair share of hillside munchies. We had a few hrs a day that we felt relatively safe leaving and coming back to the cabin. Bring your air horn for safety! Even though there are other cabins around, you can’t see them; you feel isolated and surrounded by beautiful nature. There’s no Mountain View but being in the trees was just as amazing!! The bears came up exploring on both porches everyday so we didn’t get to enjoy the swing or hot tub but again their visits were far more exciting than those activities. Overall, I would stay here again for its budget friendliness and its location, location, location!!

It was ok just bedrooms were down stairs it stayed cold my boyfriend and child both got sick, the pool table every time you hit a pool ball in the left far pocket it fell on the floor, the stove was nasty, there was dust and spider webs on the inside around fireplace and lights and steps, no water pressure the only thing that we enjoyed was the pool table and the hot tub and the chipmunks we saw every morning

First time visiting the park, cabin is in the perfect location for getting into the park without having to go through Gatlinburg traffic. TONS of bears! Don’t forget to lock your car!!! We traveled with two smaller kids- age 3 and 6- so chose the cabin based on two bedrooms on same level and bathtub. Very difficult to pull the “push to shower” button back out to use the tub, but my husband was able to get it. Other minor malfunctions but nothing that mattered enough to call. We did have to call on arrival for an issue and the owners were very responsive. Very comfortable, exactly what we were looking for, and can’t say enough about the location.

We had a great stay here. The cabin was great for 4 friends to enjoy. We had bears visit every day and they stoped by and were gone in 5 mins. It was great to see them and the other critters. Great cabin in a natural setting with hot tub on the balcony!
I loved sitting on the swing chair on the porch/balcony surrounded by the woods. Wifi worked great, the hot tub was great, everything was clean (except table and chairs on the balcony were too grimy to have dinner outside - a very minor oversight) and comfortable. Unless you absolutely need to be able to see the mountains from your cabin (we were happy to see the mountains during the day and then retreat to the hot tub surrounded by the woods in the evening) this cabin is fantastic.

This house was amazing! A lot of space and overall good! The only negative things I would say about this house is that the Top floor smelled like smoke and there were a lot of stains on the tables. Besides that, it was good! The jacuzzi and the Washing Machine worked perfectly fine.

Amazing birthday trip!
I booked a trip to Gatlinburg for my wife’s birthday. We are the type that just need a nice cabin and good times. This spot was what we wanted and more. Fireplace is a must for the wife... check! Hot tub... check! But, also had a pool table, room for the pups to wonder a little, comfortable bed, washer/dryer, clean, cozy, etc.! Would definitely stay here again!
