The space

• Al Fresco Dining & Relaxation: Upper deck offers a gas grill, perfect for cookouts, a picnic table for outdoor meals, a swing, and comfy chairs to enjoy the fresh mountain air.
• Entertainment Haven: Our game room is a playground of fun, equipped with a pool table, couch, table and chairs for playing games, and 70” TV for your entertainment delight.
• Comfortable Bedrooms: Drift off to sleep in one of the three serene bedrooms, each a sanctuary of peace with tasteful rustic décor. (King bedroom upstairs with smart TV, Queen bedroom on main level, King bedroom with smart TV on lower level)
• Loft with Privacy: The loft area includes a comfortable queen bed with a privacy curtain, providing a quaint nook of seclusion.
• Fully Equipped Kitchen: Whether you’re a culinary enthusiast or prefer simple meals, our kitchen has you covered. Appliances include a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher, a Keurig coffee maker with single-cup brew, a blender, a food processor, bakeware, cookware, utensils and dishes.
• Dining Nook: Enjoy your meals at the cozy dining table, bathed in natural light from the nearby window.
• Great Room: The centerpiece of the cabin, the great room boasts soaring ceilings, exposed wooden beams, and a rock gas fireplace. Movie nights are a delight with the 75" smart TV and sound system. Grab some popcorn, kick back, and immerse yourself in your favorite shows or films.
• Cozy Gas Fireplace: The great room’s gas fireplace provides warmth and ambiance, perfect for gathering and making memories on cool mountain evenings. Curl up on the leather reclining couch and loveseat and enjoy the crackling fire.
• Three Full Bathrooms: The cabin features three full bathrooms, ensuring convenience and privacy for all guests during their stay.
• Must be 25 or older to reserve and must be present on property during stay.
• No smoking.
• No pets.

Other things to note
• Because we are in the mountains, there is always the possibility of seeing bears, raccoons, and other wildlife around the cabin or even on the porch/yard. Please be careful not to leave any food/drinks/coolers/trash/etc. outside or in your car, and do not approach wildlife. Keep doors locked at all times and do not open windows. By renting our property, you assume all responsibility for damages, injury and risk to yourself and underage persons.
• Fireplaces will be shut from April – October for the summer season.
• Gas grill uses propane and is equipped with an automatic shut off. Guest who would like to use the grill are responsible for refilling the tank if empty upon arrival. The tank can be refilled at Ace Hardware right outside Gatlinburg. Please be courteous of others and clean up the grill after each use.
• Services: Every effort is made to keep our cabin in perfect condition, however occasionally mechanical issues happen that our local team are unable to resolve before the next guest checks in. In these situations, we are forced to reach out to service professionals and are limited in the scheduling process. We also have exterior maintenance and landscaping that occurs during the provider’s availability. We appreciate your understanding of any inconvenience that may occur in these rare circumstances.
• When travelling in the Smoky Mountains during the winter, it is always prudent to purchase travel insurance. Please do so for peace of mind. It is VERY rarely needed until it is needed. Cobby Nob does maintain the roads very well during winter storms.
