Nice stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a nice stay. Had trouble with pool heat the first few days. Customer service was responsive but told me on my last call that my body was just going to have to adjust to the cold water. Maintenance did eventually fix heater. Several utensils were put away dirty also and overall it needs a deep clean.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was beautiful! Very modern and clean. Loved the huge kitchen, pool (albeit small), and hot tub. It was within 15 minutes of all the activity in town. My only complaint, which can’t be blamed on Elk Springs, was the LOUD noise coming from construction trucks passing by the home every 15 minutes for the entire day. Not a deal-breaker but just an annoyance. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would gladly stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This “cabin” was in a great location. Convenient to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg with beautiful views. The area is very quiet. We loved that it had both a pool and hot tub. The cabin still smells new and was nicely decorated. It’s very modern. All the windows made for a nice view, but may have contributed to it getting warmer than we liked in the cabin. The air never seemed to really cool it off, which made it slightly uncomfortable to sleep the last night. You could tell the builder rushed or doesn’t take pride in their work, with some of the quality of work. That made me feel bad for the owners.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the house was very clean inside and beautiful. There was a “miscommunication “ about the pool. I even spoke to a person over the phone and then was sent a how to use guide for the pool. Upon arrival the pool was unusable. I was informed it was out of season. This was never expressed to me and why send me a how to use the safety measures if I can’t even get in it because it is “ out of season “. Although several other outdoor pools were open in the area. I paid for an amenity I could not use. While also being led to believe it was available. It’s been a week.. I’m still waiting on them to contact me about my complaint.
