"Hotel was very nice for the price we paid, we really enjoyed staying here. The room was well decorated and comfortable and the location was great. There were a few minor maintenance issues like worn paint (mostly in common areas) and a missing drain plug, but these did not impact our experience."

"I love how they have a free trolly to take you DT. Parking lot was huge for cars. Plenty of food options. Restaurant, bar, breakfast cafe, food shop at the pool. They even have a dog area for your pets. Staff was friendly and overall no complaints. Would definitely stay here again and recommend!! "

"We will definitely be back the next time we visit the Smoky Mountains. The property is clean, super inexpensive and the staff were really nice and accommodating. Understand that this is an older hotel, but it has a lot of vintage vacation charm. It’s like something from the 1980’s. The beds were comfortable and the water was hot. Our room had a microwave and mini fridge,which was very useful. We stopped at Aldi in Pigeon Forge and stocked up on bread,cheese and drinks to offset the high prices of everything in town. The breakfast was good and there’s a nice little park directly behind the hotel. Although there is no jacuzzi, it was hot enough that we enjoyed the pool. "
