Great location, very clean property, well decorated and stocked. We stayed for 2 nights. At 4 pm check in time housekeeping was still on the property working on hot tub which we could't use the first night. It was very dissapointing because it was one of the amenities we were looking forward to.

The views!

Beautiful family weekend getaway to the Smokies. The house is near a variety of great hiking trails and close enough to Gatlinburg for needed groceries or gas. The house is large and spacious, clean and the views can’t be matched. We spent our days hiking and evenings playing pool, shuffleboard, relaxing in the sauna and spending family time around the fire pit on the beautiful outdoor decks.

Our stay at the Cloud 9 property in the Smoky Mountains was incredible. The cabin was nice and the view was stunning. We were even lucky enough to see a bear during our time there! Despite getting locked out of the house thrice (beware the downstairs patio door handle), it was an unforgettable experience.

I loved the home, and will request it again very soon! The location is excellent in relation to tourist activities in town, yet remote enough to be quietly secluded. We saw a bear and a gopher, and the mountain view from the rear of the house is lovely. We hated to leave!
