This cabin is simply amazing. The host was very kind and maintained quick and effective communication throughout our stay. The cabin is very well equipped with everything you might need, very spacious, and offers unbeatable views. The location is very convenient due to its proximity to downtown. Everything was very clean, and the place was peaceful and quiet. We truly enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend it.

The perfect place to stay in Gatlinburg!

Knock on Wood cabin was the perfect place to vacation in Gatlinburg! We felt comfortable and welcome in this lovely cabin with a stunning mountain view. Our kids had a blast playing pool and foosball in the game room, and sitting on the balconies at night to the light of the outdoor fire tables. The owners were incredibly accommodating, and we would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an relaxing get away in the mountains! Five stars for sure!

We booked this cabin for a birthday trip and wow!! It was everything we wanted and more. The family had a great time enjoying the hot tub, arcade games, and views. The host was super responsive to all of our questions and needs. Would book again in a heartbeat!

The cabin is beautiful everything is clean and well taken care . You have everything you need from a rice cooker to a hair dryer . The location is perfect less than 15 min to many places. I don’t have anything negative to say . We absolutely loved our stay and will be recommending to family and friends .

Family Spring Break 2025

Knock on Wood Cabin was an ideal place to spend Spring Break with our 4 boys. They loved the Smoky Mountains and Meital's cabin was beautiful. Everything we needed was provided, including all the small things that some rentals don't provide at all. The kitchen was fully stocked with coffee, salt/pepper/spices, and even some welcome snacks. Bathroom essentials were also provided so we didn't have to bother with bringing our own. Plenty of towels and even some for the hot tub. The boys loved the 3rd floor and all the games and activities. Mom and Dad loved sleeping on a separate floor to have some privacy. We all loved the views!

Best of the best mountain view!

Knock on wood cabin is a true retreat. Just a few minutes from Gatlinburg and a little farther into pigeon forge it was a great spot to land. The trek up the mountain was an adventure in itself of which I enjoyed very much! And the VIEW! Oh my goodness, the view was spectacular. We sat for hours on the deck with the fire table going just soaking it in. There are quite a few houses in this particular section (not crowded at all) but this one seemed to be at least in the top ten for the quality of the view. So many of them were down in the trees so as nice as Im sure those homes are I think we lucked out picking this one :-).

Wonderful cabin with amazing views and everything to make you feel at home!

My wife and our almost 2 yr old, along with my parents stayed for 4th of July at Knock on Wood cabin and we absolutely loved it! Being up above the town and on a mountain road really set the mood that we were on vacation. Every little thing you need they have provided, including plenty of games and entertainment for when you just stay in! It was cozy, clean and comfortable. We saw a black bear from our porch a few times and stared at the beautiful view while sipping coffee in the mornings. We took day trips to the Smokey Mountains and Pigeon Forge, and of course went to downtown Gatlinburg a couple times. Being up above already, we drove over to the top of Ober Mountain and took the tram down to downtown so we didn’t have to fight for parking on the busy strip. Overall, we loved our stay at this amazing cabin and will be back! Highly recommend you book it!
