Beautiful estate located 200 meters southeast of the municipality of Gaucín, overlooking the Genal Valley and ideal for enjoying a peaceful vacation.

The house has two floors where two bedrooms are distributed, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom on the upper floor. This floor also has a living room with a TV.

On the ground floor, there is the second bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a double bed, which can be converted into two single beds upon request.

Both bedrooms have doors that provide direct access to the outdoor terraces and will only be available for groups of 3-4 people. For reservations of 1-2 people, only one of the bedrooms will be opened while the other will remain closed.

Additionally, during the colder months, you will enjoy underfloor heating, except in the TV room, which is heated by the chimney flue and a radiator. For the warmer months, the house is perfectly equipped with cooling floors.

The ground floor also features an independent toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spectacular open living room that connects to the area with the private pool.
