“We loved our experience and would absolutely give it an 11 out of ten!!! Very cute, cozy, and clean with an amazing view! The property as a whole was beautiful, with each cottage having their own private yard space. You feel very VIP with having your own private beach on Lake Superior. The host, Phil, was also super friendly and helpful. He was great on giving recommendations on places to visit and see as well as being very accommodating! He also had a lot of options and extras to do on the……

“Excellent location right on lake Superior, quiet road, short walk to a nice beach. House was very clean and had pretty much everything you could ask for in the kitchen. WIFI is appreciated due to the very limited phone reception in the region. Great accommodations all around.”

“This is one of the best rental houses I and my friends have stayed in. Yes it’s an older house and has been maintained. Had lots of amenities and kitchen utensils and towels and laundry detergent etc etc. Beach is just across the street. Smaller restaurants within two blocks. Host is very quick in response to any questions. 10/10 rating!! ”

“The property is indeed a cozy cabin on a lake. Lovely setting-- wish we had more time to take the kayaks out on Lake Bailey. The cabin was about halfway between Eagle Harbor and Copper Harbor, so it was easy and quick to get to either place for meals or the outfitters for kayaking on Lake Superior-- and that was a superior experience! The house itself was very clean and very comfortable-- plenty of space, kitchen well-equipped (though we were all glad to have a vacation from cooking. Only one……

“My husband and I were looking for a quiet place to unwind and enjoy our 30th Anniversary. This was perfect. We enjoyed strolls on the beach, reading 3 books, walks down the road and the sauna to loosen our old joints. I took the kayak out twice. We took a motorcycle ride to Copper Harbor (Brockway Mt. Road) and found little gems along the loop (Eagle Harbor has a restaurant called Fitzgeralds and Haven Woods Waterfall). Leaves were not quite peak yet. ”

“This property was perfect for our family and looked just as advertised! The beds were very comfortable & the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook a family meal. There were 2 a/c units that kept us very comfortable. The stairs going up into the main part of the property are very steep with small steps, and we had to carry our big dog down them to get him outside. However, there are baby gates in the closet, and we could have gated the stairs to keep him on the lower……

“Good place to stay. About 40 mins from Copper Bay where we took the boat to Isle Royale NP. We saw the Northern Lights in September of 2025 here. Easy and clean. ”

“The house was so nice to stay in. There is a pellet stove setup in the living room that makes for a great way to unwind after a long day out. The house is right on the lake and provides great sunsets when the weather plays nice. The beds were firm and comfortable. The soaking tub really helped us relax after a long hike. We hope to come back again, this place is really amazing.”
