Gece resepsiyon görevlisi hiç güler yüzlü değildi. Odamızda diş fırçası gibi bireysel kullanıma ait malzemeler yoktu. Minibar da sadece iki adet su vardı ve sular da soğuk değildi. Bunun dışında keyfimiz yerindeydi. Odamız temizdi. Bir önce kaldığımız Hilton oteline göre iyiydi ama Hilton Şanlıurfa yı geçemedi. Orada karşılamadan itibaren ikramlar harikaydı. Minibarın içi doluydu. Resepsiyon görevlileri harikaydı. Eğer Hilton markasının iyi bir oteli olarak devam etmek istiyorsanız bence biraz daha dikkatli olmanız lazım.
