“Das Hotel ist einfach klasse. Von den Mitarbeitern bis hin zu den Zimmern und Frühstück war alles perfekt. Würde ich immer wieder buchen wenn ich das n Gsziantep bin.”

“I stayed at this hotel with my family for two nights, and it was by far the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. The towels were stained and dirty, and the baby crib was extremely dirty, as if it had never been cleaned. The hotel's location also did not feel safe at all. Considering the price we paid, the breakfast was very disappointing as well. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“An excellent western style hotel in Gaziantep. Clean and well-appointed rooms. Courteus and helpful staff. An excellent breakfast buffet. Valet parking provided with minimal wait. Overall, it is a very well run hotel. We highly recommend it. The only inconvenience we encountered was having to re-sign for wifi access multiple times during our stay.”

“Visiting Gaziantep as a family had been in our bucket list for 30 years.. we realized it.. Tugcan Hotel is what made our trip so complete and satisfactory.. the hotel is centrally located ; walking distance to bazaar, museums, castle and restaurants.. the staff were amazing; helpful, welcoming and friendly..the rooms are v clean and comfortable.. thank you to the whole team of Tugcan Hotel for making our stay so memorable..i will highly recommend 💖🙏”

“This is was one of the best hotels in our three-week Turkey trip. It was elegant and beautiful. It was located in a alley of the city center. There were many small stores near by. We really enjoyed a bakery shop at the outside of the alley, They were very nice and they made delicious and beautiful delights. If you first time drive there. It seems impossible to find the hotel and parking on your own. We had to grab some strangers on the street to ask. The streets were very narrow and busy as……

“相信我是全酒店內唯一一個的香港人，所以接待的人員都很熱情。這酒店可以俯覽整個城市，樓高十九層，最頂樓是餐廳。早餐的款式很多，相信是區內數一數二。地牢二樓有土耳其浴及游泳池，住客的話可免費使用。酒店有免費代客泊車，會將你的車泊在附近。房間很大，但設施比較舊。如果以150里拉的價錢，相信是可以接受的。”

“L'hôtel indique un parking alors que arriver sur place il n'y a pas de de parking ! On nous envoi dans un otopark et si on sort la voiture on doit payer de notre poche! C'est inadmissible ! Dans les chambres même pas 1 bouilloire disponible...Le personnel a l'accueil etais quand même gentil mais je ne reviendrais pas!”
