“What an amazing experience from start to finish!
The hotel, room, facilities, and amenities were all excellent. From the moment I arrived, Steven, the property manager, and his wonderful team made me feel genuinely welcome.
I was visiting the area to deliver a TEDx talk that weekend, and the hotel kindly accepted and held a package I had shipped ahead of time for my presentation. That extra level of care and attention meant a lot to me!
My room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and……

“This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.”
