Good base for transport links, comfortable beds. Stayed 4 nights, reported to reception twice that door didn’t close properly, safe was broken and not fixed to anything and all shelves too dirty/dusty to put clothes onto, nothing was ever done about it.

Hotel is in a good location, it's near to the bus and tram and is a 15 minute walk from the train station. Hotel is clean, rooms are spacious and has a nice little bar.

A Clean Well-Lighted Place
This hotel is exactly what we needed in Geneva. Reasonably priced, quiet, clean and comfortable. The hotel provides passes for the local bus and tram service, so you're able to get everywhere in Geneva for next extra cost. We would definitely stay here again and at other Fassbind properties.

Lovely quiet room at the back was clean and suited our needs perfectly
Property lacks elevator space and has lots of steps making it difficult for moving suitcases and for people with walking difficulties.

Nice clean hotel in quiet street
Very nice hotel in a nice central part of town, plus close to trams and buses.
The room was kept perfectly clean. We had a very comfortable bed, there was a safe and a handy little fridge. Very nice contemporary art downstairs, silent corridors and overall very good. Don’t forget to hang the ”don’t disturb ” sign on the handle during the night, to avoid being awoken by mistake by the early bird cleaner. Some extra sachets of powder cream would have been nice for the coffee, but there is nothing more to say. Friendly staff, quiet street. I will come back.

Good for a nite
We were only here for 1 nite. An easy trek on bus to hotel. Front desk guy very friendly and helpful. Our room was very small but beds and pillows were cozy. It suited our needs fine and fair price.
