Modern apartment with balcony, in the heart of the very serviced residential neighborhood "Carignano".



The apartment is completely renovated, is located on the third floor served by an elevator, and opens onto a large and bright living area with double access to the balcony, furnished with a peninsula sofa, dining table, television and open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven and kettle.

This is followed by the sleeping area, consisting of a comfortable and spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed and a third balcony access.

Finally, an elegant bathroom with shower stall and green tiled walls completes the layout of the apartment.



Guests are provided with amenities such as free wifi, washing machine, iron, air conditioning and heating.

Genoa, a port city and the capital of Liguria, is historically known for its important role in maritime trade over many centuries.

Known as one of the most extensive medieval city centers in Europe, Genoa's historic center is a maze of alleys (caruggi) that open unexpectedly into small squares, often linked, like the churches that overlook them, to important noble families.

The spirit of Genoa resides precisely in the alleys, where different smells, tastes, languages and cultures mingle.

In the historic center is the Romanesque-style Cathedral of San Lorenzo, with a black-and-white striped facade and frescoed interior. Narrow streets lead to monumental squares such as Piazza de Ferrari, with its distinctive bronze fountain, and the Carlo Felice opera house.

Unmissable and iconic is the Genoa Aquarium, the largest in Europe. The exhibit shows more than 70 environments and about 12,000 specimens of 600 species, from all the world's seas. An unforgettable experience for young and old alike that will fill your heart with emotion and a deep respect for the sea and its extraordinary inhabitants.

Impossible then to leave out the Genoese culinary tradition, with the legendary basil pesto, famous throughout the world, and focaccia, which can be savory like focaccia with olives, onion and tomato, or even sweet and stuffed.



The apartment is less than 20 minutes' drive from Genoa “Cristoforo Colombo” airport and about 1,5 km from Genoa Brignole train station.
