Accommodation is outstanding. Fabulous location. Wish we could have stayed longer. Full equipped kitchen. Stylish ambiance in an older well maintained house. Very quiet “non-tourist” neighborhood.

Lovely city apartment

We had a great time in Genoa. The apartment was very clean, modern and well equipped. The area was lovely and it was easy to get into town and to the train station on the bus/metro. We really liked the neighbourhood, there was a playpark a short walk away the kids loved. Would definitely stay here again if we were visiting Genoa.

It is a pleasant apartment but rather gloomy because of the outside shutters.The stairs up were quite steep.There were some lovely shops, bars and restaurants very close to the property. There was a bus stop nearby and the buses were frequent but always crowded

Nice place

The property was nice and clean. Location a good mile plus walk tp points pf interest but ok since we are walkers. Lots of difficulty with washer and tv due to lack of detailed instructions in English.

Great except check-in

The unit was lovely and very spacious. It's a great location too. Our only qualm was that we had to wait for 40 minutes after the designated meet-up time for the check-in. I messaged Simone on the Vrbo app to see if everything was okay, but only managed to get ahold of him after calling him on WhatsApp. There was also some confusion about the clean-up and check-out process because the Vrbo page was different than his oral instructions at check-in.

Great apartment in a great location

We spent a three nights here in September and loved our stay. The apartment has been recently renovated and is in wonderful condition. It is clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The apartment is in walking distance to downtown, but is also on a popular bus line. There is a Carrefour express across the street as well as a few nice shops. I highly recommend this apartment. Très bel appartement, fonctionnel et bien situé dans le quartier d'Albaro. La gare de Gênes Brignole est à 20 minutes à pied (de là le centre historique est rapidement accessible) mais plusieurs bus passent en bas de l'immeuble. La communication avec Simone a été très facile. Gênes est une belle ville avec beaucoup de choses à découvrir.

Gute Wohnung, nicht weit vom Zentrum und Promenade

Da wir am 2. Januar die Wohnung gebucht haben, war in der Wohnung die ersten Tage sehr kalt. Besonders in größerem Schlafzimmer. Da unsere Begegnung mit dem Vermieter am Anreisetag sehr kurzfristig war, wurde uns gar nicht die Bedienung der Heizung aufgeklärt. Leider konnten wir die Wohnung in 5 Tagen nicht höher als 19,6 °C aufheizen. Die Kinder haben leichte Erkältung bekommen. In der Wohnung ist ziemlich größer Flur, kleinere Dusche. Das warme Wasser reicht max. für 2-mal duschen. Danach muss der elektrischer Warmwasserboiler am Start.. Die Wohnung an sich von der Größe ist ok. Fehlt vielleicht ein größeres Sofa in der Küche/ Wohnzimmer. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 2. Etage. Mit dem Parkplatz war sogar im Winter ziemlich schwierig. Vor der Wohnung befinden sich keine kostenlosen Parkplätze. Die Straße unten hat weiße Parkstreifen, da kann man sich kostenlos parken. Ein Parkplatz ist Goldwert. Gegenüber der Wohnung gibt es einen Bäcker, kleiner Laden, Restaurant. Bis zu dem Lidl muss man ca. 10 Minuten fahren. Die Parkplätze befinden sich in der Tiefgarage. Die sind auch Goldwert. Wir müssten abwarten, bis jemand rausfährt, zusammen mit noch 3 Autos. Wir empfehlen Aquarium Genova, Portofino und Spianata Casteletto, Boccadasse Beach besuchen. In Portofino kostet der Parkplatz 8 € pro Stunde. Nach dem Silvester gibt es eine tolle Schoppingmöglichkeit. Es gibt überall ganz viele Rabatte und Angebote. Wir fanden unseren Aufenthalt sehr schön in Genua. In der Ferienwohnung ist alles drin was man benötigt und es wae auch sehr sauber. Es ist dennoch weiter vom Stadtzentrum entfernt als man denkt.

Tolles Appartement in Genua

Wohnung ist toll und wie beschrieben. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ebenfalls sehr gut. Als die Haustüre beim Check-In zu war, wurde gleich jemand zum Öffnen geschickt. Lage war gut. Manko ist die Parkplatzsituation. Die kostenpflichtigen vor dem Haus summieren sich auf Dauer. Kostenfreie bekommt man so gut wie nicht. Aber das dürfte überall in Genua so sein. Busanbindung ist perfekt. Für mich wurde nur nicht klar kommuniziert, dass die Kurtaxe noch extra entrichtet werden muss. Dies tauchte vorher weder bei FeWo-direkt auf noch bei der Rechnung nach Buchung. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Ausstattung, Betten und Sauberkeit auf jeden Fall auf hohem Niveau.

Ottimo soggiorno in famiglia

Abbiamo trascorso 4 notti in questa struttura (2 adulti e 3 ragazzi). L'appartamento molto comodo anche in 5 persone, dotato di tutti i comfort. Situato in una bella posizione con la possibilità di raggiungere il mare anche con una breve camminata. Il centro storico, il porto, l'acquario e le altre attrazioni facilmente raggiungibili anche con i bus e la metro che passano continuamente. Negozi, bar, pizzerie e ristoranti a portata di mano. Ringrazio Simone per la disponibilità e cordialità. Super consigliato!
