This is my apartment that I share when I'm not in Genoa and I want everyone living here to feel at home!
It has been recently renovated, is bright, and is located in a quiet area.
It is a cozy, colorful, and quiet apartment, ideal for singles, couples, families, and also for smart working.
The apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed with a comfortable French mattress, kitchen, bedroom with a double bed and bathroom. Living room and bedroom have parquet flooring. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, American coffee maker, toaster, purified water, everything needed for cooking, natural products for personal hygiene and house cleaning. Energy comes from Italian renewable sources.
The house is located in an area with limited car access. Unfortunately, it is not suitable for those with walking difficulties because to reach it, one must go up or down a slope or stairs, depending on the approach. Cars cannot arrive directly at the house, and it is not always easy to find parking nearby.
You need to make a plan to get to the entrance and another plan to get to my apartment, there is no elevator.
If you are home walkers, you can easily reach many points of interest!
If you have any questions during your stay, I am at your disposal.
If you have any questions during your stay, I'll be available.
The house is located 10 minutes walking from the main Piazza Principe station, 3 minutes from De Albertis Castle, 6 minutes from the historic center, 12 minutes from the Old Port, 10 minutes from the Sea Museum, 15 minutes from the Aquarium, 18 minutes from the panoramic Spianata Castelletto, 15 minutes from the beautiful palaces of Via Garibaldi, 22 minutes from the central Piazza de Ferrari. Therefore, the location is quite strategic if you like walking.
In the vicinity, there are various shops for grocery shopping, bars, and some restaurants are quite nearby.
Arriving from Piazza Principe station, there is an elevator that leads to Castello d'Albertis, from there in a few minutes downhill you can reach home through a brick-paved street, while a few minutes away on foot through some stairs there are bus stops.
