「Clean. Good A/C. Breakfast had lots of options and changed everyday. Staff was nice. Pool is large. only complaint is food and drinks are very over-priced. and could hear the Masjid blasting their speakers from inside our room as early as 3:45AM」

「Hard to find and get to by car. Nice hotel, tub leaks and won’t hold water… a big big disappointment. Also at 3:30-4am, nearby mosque blasted very loud noise or prayer, if you don’t value your quality of your rest, this is the right place, or you better have a great Boss noise cancellation headset and you don’t mind wearing it while you sleep」

「Huge, gorgeous swimming pool. I loved it. If you like nature, make sure you walk in the plantation behind the hotel. Good breakfast. The room was large and comfortable. Not many plugs (electrical outlets) and poor wifi. Lots of tiny ants in the bathroom. No major complaints. I enjoyed my stay.」

「We stayed two nights and regret not having taken more days in this magnificent hotel. The service is impeccable, pleasant, respectful, super nice and very professional. If you're looking for a hotel with an impressive view, I'd recommend this one. As soon as I come back to Java, I'll return to this hotel without hesitation! Big favorite ❤️」

「Just ok for one night only」

「The place is filled with mould. One of our beds was infested with ants. One room’s window didn’t close. The air conditioning didn’t work properly. We ended up not staying the night and seeking alternative accommodation. Do not recommend」

「This was truly a 5 star hotel to stay. Everything was great.」

「Very clean, friendly staff. Just right. 」

「The hotel is fantastic and huge! I stayed on the 9th floor and the view is incredible!! I could see the farm, the volcano and the town. The staff are nice and friendly. I felt like I was treated exclusively. I love every corner of this hotel. It worths every penny, every second.」
