“I stayed two nights here, my first room didn't have hot water for showers and the second room's thermostat battery was low and the air conditioning wasn't working properly as a result. Plus check out is super early at 10 am for some reason, and their policy is to charge you $25 to extend it to 11am. It would be much more convenient for customers if the check out were at 11am or 12pm.
On the plus side, the hotel had a lot of amenities and was very clean and the staff were very nice and……

“The room was generally clean but dusty and sticky in some areas. We also had no hot water the first day. It was fixed by a very nice engineer in the evening but still rather inconvenient for a nice resort.
The staff was nice but I was rather irritated by one staff member who told us we couldn’t eat our takeout in the lobby. Not sure where we’re supposed to eat it if not in the lobby. We have a living room and yet not enough chairs or table space to eat.
