「The place was clean, near the Boardwalk with shops & restaurants. The tree lined neighborhood walking to the Boardwalk was nice, but in the summer with the sun baring down is better to park by the Boardwalk. It is a nine minute walk but it is better in the evening. The host was helpful and a wonderful artist, based on the artwork in the place we stayed. The walk up to the place was not bad but not for the elderly who might have issues with stairs.」

「There was a LOT of things that were broken and unclean. The grill literally had food still on it. The patio was full of flies and beer bottle caps, you can tell no one comes out to clean that. The downstairs was full of flies and mosquitoes we literally had to buy bug spray just to sit down stairs, and the dishes were still dirty. The king bed sheets were stained, the closet door was broken and is a safety hazard for small kids. The place needs a good deep cleaning but I’m sure they try to flip...

「This was probably the best stay I’ve had in Myrtle Beach in 20 years!! Condo is in a convenient location, is super spacious, very clean & best of all had the most comfortable bed! Screened-in porch was an added bonus for someone like me who loves outdoors but is terrified of birds - it allowed me to actually relax!
