Everybody who was a guest there seemed incredibly confused as to where to go or what to do, and there was no pool in the building like we thought. 「They are knowingly renting this place out knowing it has bed bugs. Once I sent them proof of it he canceled my reservation so I couldn’t leave a review. It took me contacting VRBO to get them to let me leave a review. The host also wouldn’t give me a full refund even though we left at 12:30am and drove 3 hours home with 5 kids because we were so grossed out. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this listing. 」

「Location is great. Overall stay was good Some issues we had: • Elevators in the parking garage need to be serviced. We were stuck in one because the doors didn’t open. After a minute or so I was able to pull it open and exit. • The mattresses and living room chairs are very outdated. The mattresses need to be changed out for sure. • There was a lot of cigarette and marijana smoke in the parking garage elevators and on other balcony’s that made sitting on our balcony hard to do.」

「The ocean view was unobstructed and the pool was good. The condo was okay; it had a rustic vibe but teetering on outdated, and there's a difference. The curtains were supper old, the flooring in the master bedroom was super cheap, when there was a slight musty smell when the air conditioner was turned off, the fitted sheet had a permanent stain and so did the shower curtains in the bathroom in the master bedroom.
