“Solid 4.5 stars. Very kind host and great location near a great restaurant (Njord Haven) and a solid bar (Dockside Bar) . Would give it 5 stars but have to be honest. The shower left a lot to be desired. The hot water is very finnicky. My wife accidentally sprayed scalding hot water on her head but if you turn the handle just 1/16th of a turn the water goes lukewarm to below lukewarm. We figured it out and it worked out okay but this kind of ruined the mood to start off our stay. This should be……

“Delightful place to stay. Only glitch was that there is another unit upstairs. It was occupied by a family with at least one small child who was very heavy footed and was often up and moving during late evening/early morning times.”

“This VRBO was clean, we appreciated that it came with onsite parking, and the property managers quickly responded to our questions and concerns. The property itself could use some small repairs, though nothing major. Despite having a full kitchen, the kitchen was not fully stocked for use. For instance, there was only one fork, 4 spoons, no coffee mugs, no measuring spoons/cups, no pot holders, no dish towels, etc. when we contacted the host letting them know these things were missing, they did……

“We had a wonderful stay! The studio was clean, cozy, and located in a beautiful historic house. It was also conveniently close to downtown, which made it easy to explore the area. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Communication with the host was excellent—they responded quickly and were very helpful whenever we had a question. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!”

“Overall our trip was wonderful and our stay at the condo was a perfect match. It is away from the crowds (but not too far if you like to walk!), has a fantastic view, and comes with a ton of mini perks like a stocked kitchenette, towels and linens, and beach chairs. The property seemed well maintained and the condo itself was tidy and clean! We are so happy to have booked this property, and Melissa is a great host with constant communication!”

“We were on the fourth floor and the views of the Ocean were incredible! The property is walking distance to the beach and boardwalk as well as the major attractions. The room was clean, nicely decorated and well appointed with items needed for a multiple day stay. Parking was clearly marked and the check in and check out process were very simple. We would highly recommend.”

“This property was clean, comfortable and in a good location. We loved the decorations and it added to the Salem vibe. I had some difficulty checking in due to the keypad malfunctioning so I was locked out for about two hours. To be clear I in no way blame the host these things happen and he contacted me and gave me alternate entry instructions. I would book this VRBO again”
