“Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and had electric fan for better ventilation. Hotel location is an easy walk to the shops and Lourdes sanctuary.”

“Staff was incredibly helpful”

“Great location, easy walk to the sanctuary. Great view from our room’s balcony, Pyrenees mountain at far, river right below, very relaxing. Staffs are nice. Clean lobby, room, and beds. Thank you for the great staying experience!”

“Dirty room with hair on the bed at the first time we enter the room. The breakfast is very simple with mostly bread. The location is extremely far away with no transportation to reach there.”

“Very nice. It was the best hotel in area. Very elegant with all the amenities. Very clean. They picked us up from train station. Very close to everything! Had everything you need to travel.”

“Location near train station”

“The staff werent helpful at all. They are bad in hospitality and in communication. Paola is the only one who tried to help us and make our stay better. Helped us get transportation during check out while others shut us out”

“Lovely friendly”
