"I loved staying at this place: it was quiet, had a view to the duomo, was spotlessly clean and decorated in a lovely way. The location in the historic city centre was charming. The Villa d’Estate is 5min walk away, the Villa Adriana 50min (also reachable by bus), the Villa Gregoriana 10min and the train station 15min on foot. "Quite and very comfortable hotel in the Castelli Romani area. The structure has free private parking and an amazing garden. The staff is friendly and always available. Our suite was spacious and quiet perfect for everyone is looking for a practical and relaxed stay."

"We stayed here due to the proximity to Ninfa, it was pretty close, still a 20-30 minute drive. The wifi did not seem to work. Breakfast was good and the bed was the best we have had on our trip. "

"We received very personal attention during our stay. The staff had sent me an email requesting what time we were going to arrive but since I didn't have a signal I was not able to respond. Even though we arrived late we were welcomed very warmly by the staff. They also prepared us dinner upon arrival."

"Positives: very helpful staff, especially front desk. The maintenance person fixed my glasses when they broke. Negatives: This is a terrible location. Nothing is in walking distance. You can only enter/ exit the property via the tollway. It is located on the tollway with restricted access. The bed is very hard and not comfortable. Room is bare. We paid extra for the breakfast and were not impressed. I would not stay here again, and I would not recommend it to anyone."
