“Vi stannade endast 3 nätter. Det var ett jätte mysigt hotell där personalen var mycket trevlig. Första frukosten var väldigt bra. Nästa morgnar var väl ok. Rummet var rymlig och sängarna sköna. Det negativa med rummet var att vreden till handfatet och duschen var jobbiga att hantera. Och så saknade vi ställen där vi kunde hänga blöta handdukar eller badkläder för tork. ”

“Staff were fantastic and really enjoyed staying here. Was recovering after surgery at the German Medical Institute and the Junior Suite with the amazing sea view and wonderful hotel staff really aided my recovery. Particularly great location to stay if you have a car when you want to go into town or there is a bus stop right in front that goes in a direct line with multiple stops to the port and castle area. Hope to return soon.”

“I booked a twin room for 2 persons and only 1 bottle of complimentary water was given. I requested for 1 more bottle but the staffs said the rules did not allow. The room rate is more expensive for 2 persons per room than for 1 person per room, so it did not make sense. A bottle of water does not cost much compared to the room rate they charged. The other bad impression the hotel left is the rude staff who gave out towels at the swimming pools. I went to the pool in the early morning on the day……
