“Staff was very helpful with a botched Expedia reservation.”

“Our check-in was very pleasant. We were welcomed warmly by Nolan at the front desk. Once we got into our room, we realized the bedding was dirty with a few hairs remaining. We called down for a bedding change and they sent housekeeping up. However, as we were waiting, we sat on the chair in the room near the window, and noticed a sizeable amount of dirt on the floor that had not been swept. Once housekeeping arrived, we brought it to their attention. Housekeeping went downstairs and returned……

“We have been traveling in western USA for 22 days - visiting family and friends. During this trip we stayed in 10 different motels/hotels. Without a doubt this was our favorite stay!! If we get back to Duncan and need lodging this would be our first choice.”

“We (5) had a 2 bd/2 bath suite and it was excellent. Stayed one night, so didn’t use amenities, but saw the outdoor pool that looked great & fitness room. Breakfast was very good, location right near the freeway. Comfortable beds, great showers/bathrooms. We wish all Homewood Suites or other hotels had this room size option.”

“I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.”

“Room 314 was spacious, clean and even though we were directly across from the elevator, still very quiet. Bed was comfortable and a/c worked very well. The TV kept going out for no reason but that was a minor thing. The major thing was for two different days the hot water was not available either in the morning or evening. I was told the boiler system was replaced and everything was not balanced out yet. Not really sure what happened but it did keep a good stay from being a great stay.”

“Check in was very fast and they were very friendly. Upon entering the room it was very clear the pictures that I had seen online were fakes. It is very old and outdated. There were no plug-ins in the bathroom or even around the sink and mirror. The water pressure was not good at all either. My husband had to figure out how to set up the direct TV to the TV. The A/C was not blowing well at all, I checked the filter and it was caked with dust, not sure when the last time that was checked or……

“Room and property are clean, and updated. Staff were nice and responsive. I was greeted with good morning and hello by each of the staff. Property is near the highway and easy access to anything in Lawton. Not a lot right near the hotel, you will have to drive a short distance to get to shopping and dining.”

“Good for a quick stay if needed. Cleaning was done, but behind the nightstand it hasn’t been cleaned in sometime. The pool was also out of order when we stayed and the breakfast left a lot to be desired.”
