Cosy cottage by the sea
The cosy cottage is a relaxed, fresh beach home that is perfect for a getaway in the ideal location. Just a 110m walk to the popular Blue swimmer café, then another 170m and you are on stunning Seven Mile Beach. This family friendly beach is perfect for swimming, surfing, snorkeling, fishing or kayaking on the Crooked River. Centrally located between the beautiful town of Berry, quaint Gerringong and iconic Kiama. You will feel right at home in this beach cottage, just right for a coastal escape.
Features open plan living, outdoor deck, fully self-contained kitchen with microwave and all cooking supplies, internal laundry, Flat screen TV, Fans and electric heaters for those colder months. Includes 1 Queen bed, 1 Double bed, 1 Single bed.
Linen – Not supplied (you will need to bring; top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, hand towels, bath towels, bath mats, tea towels and beach towels)

Garage – Off street parking (behind house) for 2 cars

Great location
Great location! House needs some TLC!
House had everything you need - except pillows, so I would double check with property as to whether or not you need to bring them in the future. Bathroom could have also done with a clean, but I assume this was because the property had not been used during lockdown.

Great location
We loved staying in Gerroa. We were walking distance from the beach and saw amazing sunsets each evening. It was a great place to explore nearby towns and beaches. The house had everything we needed. There is parking behind the house which we didn’t realise at first. We hope to come back soon.

Good location though needs some more love
The house is well located close to the beach and you can hear the sound of the ocean.
Pretty basic set up though the washing machine is very old not functioning very well and there is no dryer or internal clothes drying racks. Cleaning needs improvement its dusty and dirty under and behind furniture and smelt moldy especially in the bathroom and laundry areas.
