「No value for money. The small terraced yard is not secure, it needs to be accessed via a back bedroom which entails flights of stairs to enter. Not suitable for pets or children, it is actually a hazard as has discarded chairs, gates and general refuse in plain sight, awful. Stairs at every level, not suitable for toddlers or elderly. 「The property was clean. The views were amazing. Just around the corner was a few little shops, or wine bar and a coffee shop. There’s also a Pilates studio. From the backyard you can walk down to the beach or from the road you can walk down to Little blowhole and also the beach. The property could really do with some Blockout curtains or blinds.
