"La Rose is one of our favorites and always stay when in the Santa Rosa area. I am a Hotels.com VIP and unfortunately was cut off as soon as 11am check out hit. My key did not work and wifi cut off! I could not even get back in to grab my bag without going back to the lobbby. Once it again it is usually a nice stay but this was very frustrating and the only take away I left with."
