Dear, Firstly we would like to thank you for taking the time to write a review about your stay in our hotel. We find it very unfortunate that your stay wasn’t enjoyable and to your expectations, your reviews are very important for us in order to keep providing a better service and improving our product. From what we can see your bad experience is related to your room. It is always appreciated to tell the reception when any problems occur like a leaking showier during the stay so that it can be fixed right away. We wouldn’t want our guests keep experiencing something like this every morning taking a shower. Only 4 out of 49 rooms have a sofa available under which are 1 suite, 2 luxury rooms and 1 executive room making it actually an extra product foreseen in a room. Your opinion about our sofa which can be turned into a sofabed will be held into account. Breakfast however, is more of a matter of opinion since we’ve had a lot of positive feedback concerning our continental breakfast buffet. Our breakfast is also being prepared using 68 ingredients with fresh fruit and warm pastries. We understand your disappointment but your review rating seems a bit out of balance. We appreciate you sharing your experience and are very happy that you liked the location, design and cleanliness of the hotel as well as our receptionist! We are in the most central point of the city and that is why there may be noise in the street due to restaurants, bars and walkers. There is double glazing in all the rooms to prevent this and earplugs are also available. But we also have rooms that face the interior patio instead of the street, so if someone tells us that they want a quiet room, we’ll gladly accommodate them.
