Moyen. Très propre. Le jardin et les balcons sont agréables. La gardienne est très gentille, mais ne parle ni français ni anglais. Attention la deuxième chambre est située à un étage différent. La clé pour cette chambre ne fonctionnait pas et il n’y avait pas de deuxième clé pour l’appartement principal. A cet étage, il y a deux appartements. Séjour agréable.
