I was a bit disappointed that I could hear the people in the next room (someone had specially noted how quiet it was and that neighbours couldn’t be heard) and that, although a toaster was provided there was no bowl or plate, knife or fork etc.: just one teaspoon. Also although there was an iron and ironing board there was no hairdryer. I didn’t think I would have to request one, and I arrived not long before reception closed for the night and didn’t notice the lack until it was too late."
