Amazing home in Gindou

This individual, stone, ground level vacation property benefits from a quiet location on a 3-acre plot in a very beautiful rural setting.



The house, which offers an unobstructed view of the garden and the large private pool, as well as woods and fields, is an ideal place to relax. A west-facing terrace adjoins the living room, and on the covered south-facing terrace you can enjoy your meals outdoors. There are several sun loungers at your disposal on the terrace.



On the paths that also pass the house, you can make many, beautiful walks. The beautiful town of Cazels with its restaurants, bars, banks, cafes, supermarkets, tennis and a weekly market is only 6 km away. About 27 km away Cahors welcomes you with a medieval bridge over the river Lot, a charming old quarter, excellent markets, stores, restaurants and wine tasting.



The recreational lake of Catus, fed by the little river Le Vert, is 12 km away. A sandy beach for swimming, a summer restaurant and fishing opportunities await you there. Three golf courses within a radius of less than 60 km, the airport in Bergerac 84 km, the airport of Toulouse 150 km. The discreet owner lives next door.
