"Eine verdunkelungs Gardine hatte keine funktion. Beim frühstücksbuffett fehlte die loebe am Detail. Käse und Wurstwaren wurden als klotz hingelegt bzw. Aus der packung so abgelegt. Sah nicht ansprechend aus. Man musste öfters darauf hinweisen, dass einige sachen schon vergriffen waren. "Great stay. Everything excellent. "

"Very nice stay all in all. I enjoyed the location close to the Schlossalmbahn and bus station and right in town. The view from my hotel room (after I upgraded for just 10euros per night) was amazing. Wish it was more encouraged to enjoy your breakfast and dinner on the nice terrace of the restaurant."

"A lovely authentic place to be in, friendly and helpful staff!"

This was very appreciated, even if not necessary - I would have been content in the room I'd booked. Unfortunately, I was only able to spend one evening enjoying the...

"Brilliant in all aspects. Lovely staff and fantastic service and awesome food. Spa is amazing and the outdoors therme pool is wonderful and warm. Highly recommend this awesome hotel and its amazing staff and spa. The only tiny tiny tiny two things are that afternoon tea finished at 430 pm so we missed it every day as many skiers would. Secondly you get an allocated table for each meal for each day. It never changes which can become stale. However the staff were amazing and let us shift around...
