Rajan gave us great, friendly room service with a big smile. Nadia at the Thai restaurant was so friendly and helpful when we arrived without a reservation and the restaurant was full. She found a way for us to get a table and have a great evening with friends. Liane at reception was super nice and funny when she met us in the lobby, signed us in, and gave us orientation. Unfortunately we felt like the dinner buffet at Ocean was quite disappointing. The beef Wellington was so tough it was inedible. The baked fish was over-cooked. Service there was good and friendly. Live music at numerous spots around the resort in the early evening was a very wonderful touch.

The staff was overwhelmingly helpful, attentive, and kind. We never wanted for anything. The spa was a fantastic experience, and the diving trip was also amazing. Can't wait to go back again.

Staff was amazing at making our trip memorable! Special call outs to Ageel, Raave, Julia and the rest of the Best Dives crew, and the wonderful Cenvaree Spa staff Suree and Pan. We spent 5 glorious nights in an overwater sunset view villa and were able to see a variety of marine life right from our deck. One morning there was a black tipped shark, another day we saw a stingray, and every day multiple beautiful and colorful fish. If you stay in villa 320, say "Hi" to the resident crab that lives under the deck stairs. We named him Sebastian.

This is an amazing property! The villas a clean, spacious, and beautiful. Easy access to skin diving right from the room to a coral beach with lots of fish and sea life. Dining was delicious, but there were very few vegan options. Despite this, the cook went out of his way to prepare some custom dishes for us. We loved our experience and would definitely recommend it to others.
