"We had an exceptional stay at this family run hotel, it was perfect. The family are so nice and friendly. We had a suite room with jacuzzi, which was great. All amenities were provided and it was very comfortable. I would say this is most likely the best, welcoming place to stay in the area."

"The view is wonderful and the room is nice. There is no room service except the breakfast. Nobody cleaned our room. They say that there is a kitchen but with very limited devices, impossible to cook there. Also, in our second night there was no water to take a shower. For me it is expensive considering what it offers. I would select another room next time."

THE HOTEL IS SMALL AND MATCHING THE SMALL CITY AMBIENCE. THE BREAKFAST IS REASONABLE & IS ORGANIC. ROOM IS SMALL BUT AGAIN TO MATCH THE SMALL CITY AMBIENCE. IF WOULD LIKE TO ENJOY THE NATURE, GO TO AYDER BUT IN SEASON TIME. "

"This hotel is situation at at steep hill with a nice overview of the valey. Our room was as described. The staff is VERY friendly and VERY helpfull. They try to make every wish possible for you. It was a bit cold and they immediately made a fire in the woodstove of the restaurant and also turned on central heating. Consider the steep foodpath to reach the hotel and call the hotel in advance to arrange your luggage transfer via small rope way. We would visit this hotel anytime again."

"The hotel staff which included Asena, her husband and staff provided a warm welcome reviewed all the necessities of staying at this very special location. Once we got in our room we never left as we had a perfect view of an old bridge and the rushing water of the Firtina River. We could eat our meals on our spacious patio. "Unbelievable location, scenery and view. Staying in such a location is a must be on your list in a lifetime. The Dome was super clean and equipped with everything you might need.
