"I booked this hotel because of its proximity to the airport but expected it to be very basic. I was so surprised and delighted by it. It is very comfortable and well designed. The common areas are lovely and the pizzeria is excellent. But most of all, the staff are so friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for either business or for visiting the city. "

"Hotel was simple but nice. Hotels.com said that check in was 2pm, when we got to the hotel they said that check in was 3pm. 3pm is fine, but they should be clear about details on the hotels.com site. Not to close to the center of Milan, but the tram was close by and easy to get to the center."

"The hotel and property is wonderful. I came here for the Milan design week. I did not realize how far away it was from everything. Two nights out of four I could not get a cab or Uber. I ended up having to walk in pitch black to the hotel about 20 minutes. That was the only issue I had everything else was great."
