「Possibly the friendliest and most attentive reception staff ever!! Especially Daniele the reception manager. So welcoming and nothing too much trouble We were recommended to stay in a room with balcony as largest room available. The beds is super king and seriously comfortable with really good quality beddings and soft fluffy large bath towels too. It should be a very pleasant stay if the bike thing didn't occur. I borrowed the bike from the hotel, and ride it to the bus station where I took the bus for one day Dead Sea tour. 「It was really warm in Tel Aviv but the hotel had only central heater on so we had to open the windows. The noise of construction from a neighbor building woke us up early in the morning. We have to walk thru the very dark and noisy bar every night to get to the hotel elevator, not a chill experience neither.」
