“It is a rustic motel that you park by the door to your room. I made a mistake making our reservation , only reserved for 1 night instead of the 2 we wanted but they found us another room for the second night. Staff was very helpful. Very clean. Showers were for short people. We did not use the pool but it looked clean. The continental breakfast was very simple. Fruit and cereal but we found a good breakfast place fairly close for eggs.”

“Alpine Trail Ridge Inn is only 2 miles from the east entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park, making it very convenient. The rooms are also very clean.”

“This property advertisement was very misleading. There was no air conditioning and only one fan. Property maintenance issues included the one window would not stay open, the screen on the door was 6 inches too small, lights did not work, limited electrical outlets so it was hard to place fan for airflow. Management was not responsive. Terrible experience. We left early and lost the balance of what we paid. Definitely not worth $800.”

“Dog hair all over room, founf pieces of dog food in the room, found a pill next to the bed, tub was nasty, xfinity box hanging from the wall by a cable, stains on bed blanket and pillowcases and sheets, tear in sheets No one at front desk for check in or out - had to call them. They also told us there was no breakfast but they would have coffee in desk area but all locked up and no one there 6:30 in the morning so no cofffee Would NEVER stay here again”

“The door to the room was barely hanging on the hinges and hard to open. The room was disgusting, my wife got bed bugs. We had to leave before our second night because the room stunk so bad and of the bed bugs. They wouldn’t even refund my money. I cancelled all of my other Wyndham stays because of this!”

“Staff was helpful and prompt. Room was clean with blackout curtains, nice furniture and bedding. Close to all shops and restaurants. Dog area with picnic tables and has a laundry facility on-site.”
