“The hotel staff were lovely and went out of their way to make it a very pleasant stay. My bathroom had very attractive modern features. The room had a refrigerator and we had access to the microwave, toaster, and needed serving instruments in the breakfast area to be able to buy food and have dinner in the hotel rather than have to go out.”

If you get to the North Deck and didn't see it, you've just passed it. Look to the right of the North Deck and proceed to the furthest gate to the right. It's a steep climb by vehicle to access. Not for the faint of heart, but well worth it! Spanish is an asset with the onsite attendant, however, the owner speaks English and is only a call away.”

“The staff is kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. This is a small group of cabins on the side of a rainforestountain with natural pools and a 100 year old main house recently renovated. The food was delicious and healthy. But most of all, the staff was so generous when we were late for meal or needed help with the layout of the grounds. It's a place of magic and stillness. ”

“Pax Guest House is in a heritage building so it is important to know that some of the facilities are older. This did not impede our stay but it is something that visitors should be aware of before arriving. Both Gerard and Oda were wonderful hosts and made our time in Trinidad that much better.
