「The room had a lot of thoughtful touches, like tissues, makeup remover towels and a coffee bar. In addition, the bed was one of the comfiest beds that we’ve had at a VRBO. I also appreciated that the host was quick to give us our access information.Our only issue was that there was another rental next to us and they were so loud from 10:00-12:30 AM that we couldn’t sleep. I think this was a one-off, though, and does not reflect the quality of the room. 」

「Our original booking was cancelled by the host very last minute so I needed to find a place within 48 hours. The host was very responsive and let me book within 2 hours since VRBO was also covering some over the cost (last minute cancellation). I did contact the host before 7am. The check in process is super easy and the lock was even easier to operate. If you've booked with any other places, you may understand. 「The property was exactly what we needed, we were going to a 76ers game and it was a short 10-12min drive. The house is very up to date and modern! Truly a lovely space! Parking is a little tight but we found parking right around the corner and our car was fine there the entire weekend 」

「The house was spotless when we arrived and well equipped. We had an issue with our heat and the owner addressed it immediately which was much appreciated. Parking was easy as described. The neighborhood was pretty quiet for being in Philly! There are stores nearby if you need anything. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would stay again!We did stay with our 3 year old and the only suggestion I have is to have something to cover/block the basement stairs. There was a big draft coming upstairs...

「The host are very welcoming! Right away reached out with standard info we would need like passcode for lock box, wifi name & pw, etc. They were prompt with replying to messages. Additional we have a rear wheel drive car * it was are misfortune that there was a snowstorm. I reached out to the host explaining my situation and they allowed us to book an additional night unexpectedly. So prayers we can drive out tomorrow. Overall, it's a charming home and comfortable beds. 」
