Da vi ankommer til sommerhuset har vi ikke fået en kode til nøgle boksen og må derfor ringe til Novasol for at få den. Medarbejden må ringe til udlejer medens jeg venter i telefonen. Dette er ikke ok . Der er møj beskidt i hele huset , køkkenet er værst. Komfur fedtet og fyldt med rester af mad der før os er tilberdt i ovnen. Køleskabet må vi gøre rent inden vi kan sætte vare ind. Det var meget beskidt. Badeværelse ved pool må ligeledes gøres rent inden ibrugtagning.Selve huset er fint og naturen omkring er super dejlig
