The space was as described. We had a great time walking to Long Beach, watching surfers. The location was a perfect distance to the places we love most. The check in was seamless and the owners were great to communicate with. We’d definitely love to stay again!

I have vacationed in this area my whole life and we’ve never had a better time. The owners made the whole experience a breeze and the place is perfect. If you’re thinking of booking just do it, because based on the interest of people walking by if you wait the place will be booked. Steps from the beach and all the serenity you need … just back your suit and go.

We absolutely loved the area and would definitely come back. The only thing that we didn’t like was the water temperature and the ac temperature. We had just come out of Hurricane Helene and still had no power at home and was looking forward to a/c and a hot shower. 😂 Well, we got a Luke warm shower and couldn’t turn air to a cooler temp. But great place though!

It was brand new and met all of our needs. There was booking confusion which Lucas helped solve kindly and professionally. There were additional fees above the quote which was upsetting. Still trying to figure out who to book thru to avoid that!! Loved it and would def return over and over!!

My cancelation was canceled without any notification from Expedia. I didn't notice until i was driving in to the property. No way to call or communicate with property manager. I had to stay in 3 different hotels to be able to continue with my vacation.

Near the beach

This Gloucester arbnb is very close to a wonderful beach where you can walk for 1.5 miles each way. The bed was comfortable, the sheets and towels were great. All the furniture and apartment in general were new and clean. Since this property is run by a property manager, the communications were slower but ok. Not as thorough or friendly as a individual owner. We definitely enjoyed the convenience to Gloucester, Rockport, and even Plum Island
