Nice location

Beach house with various beachy furniture. Main sofa torn ragged arms, ants on ktchen counter substandard sheets but nice birdhouse in back nice back addition house smelled but we were able to open lots of windows & improved dramatically. All in all we’d give it a 3 out of 5. We also booked a day too early, asked for adjustment & heard nothing back. We arrived lat on the 10 th.

Quiet and cozy

Good location and view. Just fyi, the road it is on is a tight, bumpy gravel drive - but not hard to get to. Cute house with nice decor and cozy chairs and bedrooms. Close drive to the beach, Boston and Salem, Massachusetts.

Cute cottage close to two amazing beaches!

This property has been very recently updated with new kitchen and baths. The beds were very comfortable. We had a couple of very hot days and the AC worked perfectly. You can spot the ocean from the deck looking out across the salt marsh. We were very comfortable and the best part was being able to walk to both Good Harbor and Long beach. The most popular beaches now cost $30-$40/day to park, so being able to walk was great. The house is so conveniently located, 2 minutes from stores and 10 minutes from Rt 128 so we could get to other places easily. Definitely recommend!

Spacious, Quiet, Near Everything

Superbly renovated, spacious, very clean, full kitchen setup, laundry, private location yet 10 minute walk to beach & 5 minute drive to food & other stores. Communicative host, nice vacay amenities. Can’t wait to return!

Excellent vacation!!!

The home was perfect! The communication was smooth, and we had a very easy check in process. The home was very clean and comfortable. We loved the deck and even though neighbors were close, it was quiet and felt like we were in a kind of tree house as it is nestled right up to the marsh. The birds chirping and sea breezes made lounging on the deck awesome!!! We had an excellent stay!!!
