It is only a few minutes walk to the beautiful and sandy beach. A dog beach is located in the vicinity.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
Costs for electricity (0.30 EUR per kWh), gas (0.98 EUR per cubic meter) and water (6.50 EUR per cubic meter) are charged according to consumption (prices without guarantee) and charged after your vacation with the deposit.
Deposit: 150, - EUR, in the New Year's Eve a deposit of 200, - EUR is due.
Bed linen and towels can be ordered upon request.
A pet is available for an additional charge of 5, - € per night. For booking additional pets, please contact your agency.

Our house offers enough space on two floors to spend a relaxing holiday.
On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with stylish furnishings. A fireplace creates a romantic ambience where you can relax.

In bad weather, board games and a Blue-Ray player provide variety.

In the high-quality kitchen you can prove your cooking skills with the whole family and create a magical meal. This can then be served in the adjacent dining area.

Furthermore, there is one of the two paradisiacal bathrooms on this level, which promise you absolute wellbeing pleasure.
One has a modern shower and a soothing infrared sauna. Unlike normal saunas, warming in infrared cabins takes place via infrared radiation, which corresponds to the sun's action. This releases muscle tension and stimulates blood circulation and detoxification of the body of toxins. After that you will be completely recovered.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds, a baby travel bed with mattress and a baby bath, and a second bathroom with bathtub. In one of the two bedrooms is also a second TV available. Both are furnished in a very modern way and bear witness to a bright and comfortable atmosphere. An additional sleeping accommodation offers our sofa bed for two people in the living room.

Let a nice holiday evening with a glass of wine or sea buckthorn tea - Rügen's specialty - on the wooden deck or in front of the fireplace or relax in the sauna.
