「Great location」

「The property is in a great location across from Druid Park. Very comfortable large apartment with two flatscreen TVs, one in the sitting room and one in the bedroom, and a computer set up on desk in the sitting room. Fully supplied kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a stacked washer-dryer. Host is very responsive and helpful with all queries and requests. Lots of thoughtful inclusions and conveniences. 「This is a no-frills kind of place. The stairway to the apartment is narrow and curved. There is a strong smoke smell in the building corridor which seeps into the living room of the apartment a little bit, but fortunately doesn't reach the bedrooms. The walls are thin, and I could hear bits of conversation and walking around from the upstairs unit. Some things seem not to have been designed with actual comfort in mind - for example, there are flashy LED lights in the ceiling, but no bedside lamp...

「VERY BAD AREA! We did not even stay in the house because the area the home is located in seems very very unsafe. We ended up staying in a hotel. No refund given. Host communicated well, but said we must not be used to an urban area. I am well aware of urban areas and this was something completly different. 」
