The living space of 45 m² is generously furnished and designed with pink Portogallo marble fine stone. Large sliding doors open the window fronts to the 32 m² surrounding balcony, to the south overlooking the Baltic Sea and to the east overlooking the island of Oie and the 100-year-old oak. The architectural design and an awning protect against excessive sunlight and in the evening, a wood-burning stove invites you to idyllic hours. A seating group in white leather is facing the Baltic Sea.
